The NCG Higher Education Centre is part of NCG, one of the UK’s largest and most inclusive education groups.
Based in Canary Wharf – London, the Centre delivers a range of higher education programmes designed to equip students with the necessary skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed in their chosen careers.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
As the Attendance and Intervention Lead, you will play a key role in student engagement and retention initiatives. You will be responsible for leading a team that makes sure attendance data is accurate and retention strategies are successfully executed.
You will collaborate closely with academic and professional service teams to leverage data-driven insights, inform targeted interventions and drive continuous improvement across retention efforts. A key focus of this role is leadership and management of the attendance team to ensure high performance, accountability, and service excellence standards.
