New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting firm, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support a provincial Digital Referrals & Orders initiative for our client. The Project Coordinator will provide coordination, intake management, reporting, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and analytical support across multiple concurrent workstreams.

This role requires strong hands-on project coordination experience, including experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives, maintaining project controls, managing intake workflows, coordinating onboarding activities, preparing reports and dashboards, and compiling and validating data to support decision-making. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated experience working with Project Managers, Site Leads, Clinical Leads, external partners, and program stakeholders to support successful provincial deployment activities

Requirem

  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Project Management, Data Analytics, or a related disci
• pline.Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or similar role supporting complex, multi-stakeholder initia
• tives.Demonstrated experience managing project documentation such as: trackers, RAID logs, and status repo
• rting.Experience supporting intake processes, onboarding coordination, and stakeholder engagement activ
• ities.Strong analytical skills with experience compiling, validating, and interpreting data to produce reports and recommenda
• tions.Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including advanced Excel (data analysis, pivot tables), PowerPoint, Outlook, Bookings, and MS Project or equivalent
• tools.Experience maintaining data repositories, applying data validation standards, and supporting quality assurance proc
• esses.Ability to document workflows, standard operating procedures, and business processes accurately and cl
