Ltd., an FSSC 22000 Certified Organization , is looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Food Safety & Compliance Specialist to join our Quality Assurance team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with global food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and GHP , while also supporting initiatives related to the four SEDEX pillars : Labour Standards, Health & Safety, Environment, and Business Ethics.Key Responsibilities:Implement and maintain food safety management systems as per FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, and GHP guidelines.Conduct internal audits, inspections, and daily factory site monitoring.Maintain food safety documentation, audit records, incident reports, and CAPA records.Create and manage QC databases for raw materials and finished goods.Analyze product dosage guidelines and support application testing procedures.Conduct in-house proficiency testing for standard quality parameters.Use laboratory equipment including refractometers, pH meters, GLCC, GCMS, and HPLC systems.Coordinate employee training on food safety protocols and best practices.Liaise with certifying agencies and regulatory bodies for audits and evaluations.Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions.Support SEDEX compliance initiatives covering labour standards, health & safety, environment, and business ethics.Participate in supplier audits and food safety or ethical sourcing assessments.Candidate Profile:Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.Knowledge of FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety compliance.Experience in quality assurance, food safety, audits, or laboratory testing will be preferred.Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and coordinate across departments.Compensation:Salary will be INR 4,50,000 per annum , subject to applicable PF, ESI, and TDS deductions.Interested candidates can apply by sending their CV to: [insert email address]To know more about us, visit: www.superbformulations.com#Hiring #FoodSafety #QualityAssurance #FoodTechnology #FoodSafetyJobs #FSSC22000 #HACCP #GMP #GHP #SEDEX #ChennaiJobs #Kelambakkam #SuperbFormulations
