Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a dynamic retail location, where you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving and armed post for professionals who bring a reliable, people-first approach, work well with a team, and act with integrity while supporting daily location operations.

Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence consistent with post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and retail activity to help to deter theft, trespassing, and/or disruptive behavior while documenting observations and actions taken.
• Work closely with site contacts, local authorities, and/or emergency responders when needed, and complete accurate reports related to incidents, patrols, and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
