Ecostrat – a leader in the biomass supply chain sector – is currently searching for an Administrative Coordinator to join its Advisory Group. This multi-dimensional role is open due to internal promotion and company growth.
The Administrative Coordinator will support – and report to – the Head of Strategic Initiatives, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution of the team’s work. Examples of responsibilities include project coordination, CRM maintenance, follow-up communications, scheduling, logistics, and marketing execution.
This is a highly autonomous, self-driven role, requiring exceptional communication skills. We are looking for a smart, independent, and dynamic individual who is excited to showcase their skills and move forward in their career.
Success will be measured on:
*Attention to detail: in your world, perfection is your standard, not your goal. Logos are aligned, typos spotted and fixed, information up-to-date.
*Organization: You’ve got systems for your systems. Figuring out new ways to keep yourself – and everyone else – on track drives you.
*Multi-Tasking: This isn’t a buzzword for you. In fact, some fondly call you ‘the juggler’.
*Curiosity: You’re always looking for better ways to do things, whether it’s leveraging AI, developing more efficient processes, or exploring creative solutions to persistent roadblocks.
Why Work at Ecostrat?
Ecostrat is a leading North American biomass supply chain firm that helps develop and de-risk bioenergy, biofuel, and biochemical projects by providing feedstock sourcing, supply chain management, and risk assessment services, notably through its innovative Biomass Supply Chain Risk (BSCR) standards and BDO Zone ratings, enabling investors and developers to secure financing and accelerate the growth of the bioeconomy. They aggregate and supply organic materials (like wood waste, food waste, etc.) while also offering consulting and analytics to reduce project risk for utilities, governments, and financial institutions.
The Role
The Administrative Coordinator’s daily activities are split between supporting the Head of Special Projects and coordinating the marketing and communications functions. Your day will be a busy and interesting mix of process-oriented (ie daily tasks) and project-oriented work.
Administrative: Schedule coordination, conference preparation an follow-up, project tracking and systems, operational tracking and excellence, special projects support
Marketing Operations: Marketing and communications pipeline, website management, press release management, social media execution, webinar coordination
