Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations strategy to drive scalable growth and efficiency.
• Own daily operational performance with clear KPIs and dashboards.
• Streamline cross-functional processes to reduce cycle times and waste.
• Forecast demand, plan capacity, and manage resource allocation.
• Implement rigorous governance for cost control and budget adherence.
• Lead initiative to improve customer experience and satisfaction metrics.
• Foster a data-driven culture with frequent performance reviews and reporting.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and finance to align roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and healthy governance across operations.
• Represent the company in stakeholder meetings. Represent us well at the industry at events and conferences.
• Responsible for Systems including phones, BMS, tech stack.

Experience/Qualifications

• Proven track record in end-to-end operations leadership and scalable growth.
• Strong KPI management with dashboards and data-driven decision making.
• Experience building and coaching high-performing operations teams.
• Forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation expertise.
• Rigorous budget governance, cost control, and financial literacy.
• Strong ability to network within our industry.
• Technical expertise including experience with Broker Management Systems (EPIC).
• Risk management, compliance, and governance across operations.
• Customer experience optimization and satisfaction metric ownership.
