Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Senior Vice President, Project Operations. The role involves overseeing large-scale operational functions, managing profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities, and leading strategic planning efforts. Responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, driving the execution of complex projects, and developing long-term strategies to align with the company’s vision. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership is key to ensuring operational excellence in alignment with Coinbase’s mission.

• Proven track record in similar senior-level operational roles, ideally in the financial, technology, or cryptocurrency industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
