Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in Bengaluru. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, take detailed histories, and develop individualized treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include delivering manual therapy, prescribing therapeutic exercises, and using appropriate modalities to support recovery and pain relief. The role involves monitoring progress, updating treatment plans, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation. The Physiotherapist will also educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications, while collaborating with other healthcare professionals when needed.

Qualifications

• Recognized bachelor’s or master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and valid registration/licensure as required by local regulations.
• Strong skills in patient assessment, clinical reasoning, and development of individualized rehabilitation plans.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise prescription, and use of common physiotherapy modalities.
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical records, adhere to ethical standards, and follow evidence-based practice guidelines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work respectfully with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Capability to manage a clinical schedule, prioritize caseloads, and work effectively within a team-based care environment.
• Experience in musculoskeletal, sports, neurological, or geriatric physiotherapy is an advantage.
