This specific role is for a Property Manager to oversee a premier condominium property in downtown Milwaukee, WI, responsible for maximizing Net Operating Income (NOI) and asset value. The role involves property management, operations, maintenance, tenant and board relations, supporting maintenance staff, accounts payable, collections, annual budgeting, risk management, and financial reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study.
- 3-5 years of residential property experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
