Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
- Handle reservation management using Opera reservation system
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly
- Process payments accurately and securely
- Assign rooms based on guest preferences and availability
- Answer phone calls and provide booking assistance
