Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Designer based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Project Designer will be responsible for producing and reviewing construction drawings, managing submittals, conducting space planning, and providing architectural design input. Additionally, the role involves overseeing projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met, and collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members to achieve successful outcomes while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Submittals and Construction Drawings
• Strong skills in Space Planning and Architecture
• Experience in Project Management, including the ability to oversee multiple projects
• Attention to detail and a strong understanding of design principles
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills
• Familiarity with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
• Professional experience in design consultancy or the architecture industry is a plus
• Travel to clients is necessary part of this position. You will need a vehicle, or access to one, to be successful in this application.
