About The Position
Asahi Beer USA is seeking a District Manager to grow its Seattle business. This field-based role involves driving availability, visibility, and velocity for Asahi Super Dry, Twisted Shotz, and Zeitaku Shibori across retail accounts in the Seattle territory. The District Manager will execute specific goals, build strong relationships with distributor partners, and develop brand presence in both on- and off-premise accounts. This position is ideal for a self-starter who is energized by being in market, building relationships, and making brands accessible to consumers. Requirements
- A demonstrated background in brand and relationship development within a specific geographic territory
- Experience working with distributor partners in a field sales role
- Familiarity with on and off-premise retail in the beer, RTD, or beverage alcohol space
- A self-starter who takes ownership of their territory and results
- Ambition to grow — this role has room to expand for the right person
- Someone who’d rather be in market than in a meeting
- Field sales and territory management
- Distributor relationship building and collaboration

- Brand availability, visibility, and velocity execution
- Beer and/or RTD category experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
