Position Overview

As a Remote Part-Time Recruiter, you will be assigned specific roles to work on and will play a key role in sourcing, identifying, and qualifying candidates. This position focuses heavily on active sourcing (headhunting) and candidate evaluation, ensuring only high-quality, well-matched candidates are presented.

You will work independently while collaborating with our internal team, contributing directly to successful placements and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

• Work on assigned job openings across various industries
• Conduct proactive headhunting using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools
• Identify and engage passive and active candidates
• Review resumes and assess candidate qualifications against role requirements
• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate fit (skills, experience, communication)
• Submit qualified candidates with detailed notes and recommendations

Candidate Management

• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and tracking
• Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with candidates
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience

Collaboration

• Work closely with internal team members to align on role requirements and priorities
• Provide market feedback and insights when needed

Compensation Structure

• Hourly Pay (for sourcing, screening, and recruitment activities)
• Commission per successful placement

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of recruitment experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong experience in sourcing and headhunting candidates
• Proven ability to screen and qualify candidates effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or similar tools
• Professional, reliable, and results-driven
