About The Position
Barton & Gray Mariners Club is looking to add another dynamic individual to join our Member Services team to assist our Club Members with yacht reservations, curated outing experiences, and high-touch customer service. This position is based out of Portsmouth, NH and is not a remote position.
Requirements

- College degree or related experience
- Competence in Macintosh applications or willingness to learn

- Hospitality experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Member communications via phone, text, and email
- Scheduling Member outings via proprietary Club software
- Planning for and ensuring a pleasant, fun experience
- Organization of catering orders with preferred vendors
- Making restaurant and dock reservations and handling other member requests
- Harbor destination research and updating databases
- General administrative duties as necessary
- Other duties as assigned by management.
