Key Responsibilities
- Develop, enhance, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions for US and Canada DVS initiatives
- Support regulatory reporting obligations, including MRA 1041 report takeover and replication activities for Canada
- Perform data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and reporting quality checks
- Support metrics transition and reporting activities into BAU operations
- Deliver reporting solutions for US IDP and CA IDP initiatives
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to gather reporting requirements
- Maintain detailed documentation, process flows, and reporting standards
- Support knowledge transfer and operational handover activities
- Identify opportunities for reporting automation and process improvement
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with SQL and complex data querying
- Experience working in regulatory reporting or financial services environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data validation, reconciliation, and reporting accuracy checks
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking or financial domain projects
- Experience supporting BAU reporting operations
- Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments
