Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Telecaller to join our team in Vikas Nagar, Lucknow. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with minimal experience who enjoys communicating and building relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Making Outbound Calls**: You will reach out to potential customers to inform them about our products and services, aiming to generate interest and secure appointments.
2. **Handling Inbound Calls**: Respond to calls from customers, guide them with their queries, and provide relevant information to enhance their understanding of our offerings.
3. **Maintaining Records**: Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, feedback, and updates in our database to ensure accurate follow-up and reporting.
4. **Working in a Team**: Collaborate with other team members to share insights, improve processes, and achieve collective sales targets.
5. **Achieving Targets**: Meet or exceed monthly call quotas and sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Expectations:
The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone demeanor. Confidence in speaking with customers and a positive attitude are essential. You should be adept at listening carefully to customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate records.
