With 50+ university and college clients across Canada, the US, and the EU, we’re growing fast. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a full-time Junior Client Success Manager to help our client institutions get the most out of Nimbus and ensure exceptional student experiences on campus.
Salary Range: $55,000-$60,000 per year
Start Date: July 2026
What You’ll Do
As a Junior CSM at Nimbus, you’ll be the strategic point of contact for a portfolio of university and college partners. You’ll drive client success by being both a relationship builder and a product expert, helping institutions adapt the Nimbus platform to suit their evolving needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Own the renewal process end-to-end for your portfolio of client accounts, identifying and qualifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and usage.
- Acting as the first point of contact for assigned client accounts, supporting day-to-day inquiries and requests.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new university and college clients, ensuring clients achieve a smooth, timely go-live and early value from the product.
- Drive product adoption by delivering training, sharing best practices, and proactively engaging customers based on usage insights.
- Monitor customer health and usage data to identify risks and opportunities, taking action to improve engagement and long-term success.
- Coordinating with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and engineering) to resolve client needs efficiently.
- Creating and maintaining client documentation, reports, and success plans.
- Supporting the rollout of new product features and collecting feedback to inform product development.
- Responding to and resolving client or user-related tickets and support requests in a timely, professional manner.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who’s excited to grow in the client success field, loves building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. You might be a great fit if you have:
- 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales (e.g., BDR/SDR), or a similar customer-facing role.
- A commercial mindset, with a strong interest in owning renewals and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills – you can manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionally.
- Comfort working with data (e.g., usage metrics, customer health) to inform decisions and outreach.
Nice to Haves
- Fluency in French or Spanish.
- Experience in a SaaS or startup environment.
- Experience with Intercom, Canva, PlanHat, Claude, Slack and G-Suite.
