The foundation is built. The technology is proven. We are now seeking a strategic “engine”—a world-class operator to own the day-to-day scaling, growth, and operational excellence of the company.

The Mandate

This is not a traditional “hire”; it is a partnership. You will be responsible for translating a high-level vision into a relentless operational reality. You will own:

• Operational Architecture: Building and refining the systems that allow a high-growth startup to scale without breaking.
• Aggressive Growth & GTM: Driving user acquisition, market penetration, and revenue retention with a data-driven, tactical approach.
• Full-Cycle Execution: Managing the “grind” of daily operations—from high-level strategy to the granular details of product-market fit.

The Candidate Profile

We are looking for a rare combination of strategic sophistication and raw work ethic.

• Educational Background: MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent “in-the-trenches” business experience (e.g., cxo, founder, early-stage scaling lead).
• The “Grinder” DNA: You possess a “first-in, last-out” mentality. You are as comfortable in a boardroom as you are navigating the chaos of a 0-to-1 sprint.
• Intellectual Savvy: You are a quick study in the AI landscape, capable of out-thinking the competition and executing with precision.
• Alignment & Investment: Ideally, you are looking for more than a paycheck. We are seeking a partner who values “skin in the game” and is interested in making a meaningful financial investment alongside the founding team to fully align long-term interests.
