We are looking for motivated Food Delivery Boys to deliver delicious meals to our customers in Karol Bagh, Delhi. This role is suitable for individuals with little to no experience, making it a great opportunity for young candidates or those seeking a flexible work arrangement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Meal Delivery**: You will be responsible for picking up food orders from restaurants and delivering them promptly to customers. Ensure that the food is handled carefully to maintain quality and freshness.
2. **Route Planning**: Use navigation apps to find the best routes for delivery. Being knowledgeable about the local area will help you complete deliveries efficiently.
3. **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers politely while delivering their orders. You are the face of our service, so maintaining a friendly demeanor is important.
4. **Order Management**: Keep track of the orders assigned to you and ensure that all deliveries are made within the designated time frame. Accurately communicate any delays or issues to the management.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should be reliable and punctual, with a good sense of responsibility. You must have a valid driving license and a bike or bicycle for deliveries. Strong communication skills are essential for customer interactions and collaboration with team members. Basic math skills will help you manage cash transactions accurately.
