Admin Executive Full Time

Location: PuneExperience: min 2 yearsIndustry: Food & Beverage / QSR / RetailAbout the RoleWe’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Executive to take ownership of store operations, Finance & HR support, inventory planning, and centralized purchasing across multiple outlets.This is not a desk-only admin role — we need someone who can think on their feet, manage stock across stores, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.What You’ll Be Responsible ForStore Operations Support•    Coordinate daily with store teams to ensure smooth functioning•    Act as the go-to person for operational issues across outlets•    Ensure stores are fully stocked and running without disruptions•    Support new store launches and operational setupInventory & Stock Management (Key Focus)•    Plan and manage stock across all stores•    Track consumption and forecast requirements•    Prevent stock-outs and reduce wastage•    Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct auditsPurchasing & Vendor Management•    Handle centralized procurement (raw materials, packaging, supplies)•    Coordinate timely ordering and delivery to stores•    Negotiate with vendors for better pricing and reliability•    Monitor vendor performance and maintain relationshipsAdmin + HR + Finance Coordination•    Oversee office administration and service vendors•    Support hiring, onboarding, and staff records•    Track expenses, petty cash, and vendor payments•    Coordinate with accounts for billing and documentationWhat We’re Looking For•    Experience in F&B / QSR / Café / Retail operations (multi-outlet preferred)•    Strong skills in inventory planning and stock management•    Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability•    Comfortable working with Excel / POS / inventory systems•    Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive mindsetWhy Join Us?•    Be a key part of a growing food brand•    High ownership role with real impact•    Fast-paced, dynamic work environment•    Opportunity to grow with the businessSalary₹25-30k monthly based on experience
