The Impact You’ll Make
As our Test Technician , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of the equipment that powers our compressor research and development efforts.
Your impact? You’ll help keep our test rigs, compressors, and chillers running smoothly—enabling accurate testing, faster development cycles, and high-quality data that supports innovation across Turbocor products.
You’ll collaborate closely with R&D engineers, lab technicians, and operational teams, taking ownership of equipment setup, testing execution, and maintenance activities. Your work helps us build a more efficient, reliable, and innovative future in compressor technology.
What You’ll Be Doing

Perform compressor testing activities, including installation/removal, equipment setup, and executing tests according to formal Test Request Forms (TRFs).

Maintain accurate test logs and organize test data to support engineering analysis and project documentation.

Conduct routine inspections and perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment uptime and reliability.

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems, supporting installations, upgrades, and modifications as needed.

Coordinate work with contractors, ensure safety compliance, and maintain a clean, safe, well-organized lab environment.
What We’re Looking For

Experience or theorical knowledge (technical degree) in industrial maintenance with strong ability to troubleshoot and work hands-on with mechanical and electrical systems.

Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics, with fundamental computer knowledge (Windows/MS Office).

Comfort working independently and taking ownership of assigned equipment and tasks.

Flexibility to work the 2nd shift (2:30 PM–10:30 PM) and support alternative shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.

A motivated, safety-minded team member with a willingness to learn—plus bonus points for EPA608 certification, or refrigeration knowledge.
