Requirements
- Proven ability to increase sales and drive business growth
- Strong team building and leadership skills
- Experience with employee scheduling and labor management
- Knowledge of product ordering, inventory management, and setting pars
- Experience with P&L reconciliation and cost control
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Passionate and knowledgeable about food and hospitality
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience overseeing daily operations
- Ability to manage labor costs, food costs, and waste control
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop a management team
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the food industry
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience

- Capable of managing a team of 20+ employees
- Ensures food quality standards and positive guest experiences
