Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Vice President of Operations. The candidate will oversee regional operations, drive strategic planning, manage budgets and P&L statements, and ensure superior customer service. Responsibilities also include leading operational teams, optimizing processes, and implementing initiatives to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Operations Management and P&L Management, with a proven ability to oversee financial performance and operational excellence.
• Experience in Customer Service and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Strong Strategic Planning and Project Management skills, with the ability to design and execute high-level operational strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
• Prior experience leading regional or multi-location operations is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
