Eligibility Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (graduating in 2026).
• Experience: 0–1 year. Sales internships or leadership roles in college clubs are a plus.
• Key Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic analytical ability. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Languages: English required. Telugu or Hindi is a strong plus.
• Location: Must be based in or willing to work in Hyderabad.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Development: Assist the regional manager with market research. Identify local business opportunities in Hyderabad and track competitor activity.
• Customer Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients, manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Sales Execution: Learn product demonstrations, proposal writing, and price negotiation by directly participating in real sales deals.
• Process Management: Ensure smooth order-to-cash and overall customer lifecycle processes.
• Reporting: Regularly update the CRM system and provide market feedback to senior management.
