Inventory Control & Import/Export Clerk Full Time

We help craft food, beverage, brewery, winery, and distillery producers compete in the global market by supplying high-quality equipment and expert support. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Control & Import/Export Clerk to ensure our products move efficiently and accurately from our suppliers and to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
• Enter inventory receipts into QuickBooks in coordination with the receiver, ensuring accuracy and proper inspection of all goods received
• Inspect and reconcile discrepancies, including shortages, damage, or incorrect items
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and suppliers
• Prepare shipping and export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, HS codes)
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Ensure compliance with Canadian and United States import and export regulations
• Support internal teams with inventory availability and order status

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Experience with inventory or accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, etc.)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills
• Business-level proficiency in English (written and verbal)

Assets:

• Experience with import/export processes or logistics
• Familiarity with customs documentation and shipping terms
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with industrial equipment
