Responsibilities
- Regularly communicate with your clients following up on their questions and concerns.
- Conduct initial interviews and fill out a needs assessment to determine your client’s unique situation.
- Evaluate all available products and offer your client’s choice and option.
- Remain educated with the support of our back office on all industry updates and changes.
- Communicate with team members leveraging relationships to Support your community.
- Become a subject matter expert to support your clients.
