As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication to residents and guests. Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor the property for unusual conditions, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related issues, and report findings according to site procedures.
• Assist with visitor interactions, resident inquiries, and/or access control activities while maintaining a professional presence and supporting security-related operations on site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
