Role Responsibilities

• Guide the simulation of higher education environments to support AI system training with domain expertise in university operations.
• Oversee curriculum design, program development, and academic policy implementation to ensure institutional excellence.
• Collaborate with faculty and administrative stakeholders to coordinate academic activities and maintain high standards of quality.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation bodies and regulatory frameworks, contributing to institutional readiness and audits.
• Develop and manage budgets, aligning fiscal strategies with organizational goals and resource constraints.
• Foster partnerships with community organizations to enhance engagement and expand institutional impact.

Requirements

• Have proven experience in higher education administration or academic leadership roles.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of university governance, accreditation standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Have strong expertise in curriculum oversight, faculty coordination, and institutional planning.
• Demonstrate the ability to develop and implement strategic plans and policies.
• Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Exhibit analytical decision-making and creative problem-solving abilities in complex academic settings.
