As Assistant Manager, you will serve as a key operational leader, working in partnership with the Director of Operations to support day-to-day service execution, team development, and operational standards. This role provides direct leadership to a front-of-house team of approximately 25–30 employees. This position is well-suited for a hospitality professional with demonstrated leadership experience, strong operational understanding, and a commitment to maintaining service excellence in a fast-paced environment.
