We are hiring a Principal Architect for large-scale hospital planning and design projects someone who owns the room, not just the drawings.
What You’ll Lead
🔹End-to-end ownership of healthcare and institutional projects
🔹Design strategy, client advisory and stakeholder presentations
🔹Mentoring architects and driving design culture
🔹NABH-relevant compliance and quality benchmarks
What We’re Looking For
🔹15+ years of architectural experience
🔹Exposure to hospital, medical college, or institutional design
🔹Strong command of AutoCAD, SketchUp and design documentation
🔹Client-facing leadership a relationship builder, not just a deliverer
Already running your own practice? Associate Architect collaborations are welcome.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat | Full-Time / Associate Collaboration
