Role Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Content Creator / Social Media Automation Marketer for a full-time, on-site role at our Sault Ste. Marie, ON location.

In this role, you will help manage social media platforms, create engaging content, and use modern AI tools to support content creation, scheduling, editing, and social media growth. You do not need to be an expert — full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is creative, consistent, open to learning, and interested in growing within the AI + automation space.

Your responsibilities will include creating and editing multimedia content, helping develop social media strategies, monitoring basic analytics, engaging with online communities, and working with the team to keep branding and messaging consistent across platforms.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
• Interest in AI tools, automation, content creation, and social media growth
• Ability to create, edit, and post content consistently
• Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn AI-powered marketing and automation systems
• Basic knowledge of content scheduling, engagement, and trend analysis
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Graphic design, video editing, SEO, or digital marketing experience is a plus, but not required
• Relevant certifications or previous social media experience are a bonus but not mandatory
