Your primary responsibility will involve supporting the Manager in the day-to-day operational oversight of their designated team. Within this position, you will engage with team members, offering guidance and leadership to enhance their individual skills and foster growth, ultimately enabling them to carry out their job responsibilities with increased effectiveness and efficiency.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

New Hire Onboarding & Training:

• Provide seamless onboarding experience.
• team training needs to Manager.

Leadership:

• Model professional leadership behavior.
• non-compliance and support peer leaders.

Quality Checks & ing:

• Review employee progress and trends.
• Provide feedback on team performance.
• Assist in resolving escalations.

General Duties:

• Complete typical Team Lead responsibilities.
• Conduct coaching meetings.
• Review timecards and meet daily goals.
• Maintain professional presence in the office.

Education Requirements:

Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

• Fast-paced office environment.
• Proficiency with office equipment and software.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
