Hadrian’s wide range of toilet partition products includes; powder coated metal, stainless steel, embossed stainless steel, and solid plastic. Lockers are available in Emperor (corridor), Gladiator (athletic) and replacement front styles.

Job Description

Development of policies and procedures designed to increase productivity

Works closely with Materials and Production to facilitate on time delivery of customer demand

Schedules production and regulates flow of production

Creates and maintains the master schedule, raises work orders, according to Hadrian’s capacity and customer needs

Anticipates issues and assists with problem solving to meet customer requirements

Tracks and reports on Key Performance Indicators

Partners with IT to continually work toward production reporting automation

Creates and facilitates shop floor training related to production reporting, new technology and processes changes

Participates in continuous improvement projects and initiatives

Contributes to the overall functioning of the team by maintaining awareness of best practices/emerging issues, both internally and externally, sharing best practices and building effective working relationships across the team and company

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills to liaise and communicate internally

Strong leadership skills and ability to influence

Extremely detail-oriented and analytical thinker

Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills

High level of proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office

Exceptional forecasting ability with strong analytical and interpretive skills

Continuous improvement mindset and sense of urgency

Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in a related field

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a production planner in the manufacturing industry

Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience in JDE, highly desired.
