The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment for Hiring Mangers. You will manage and partner with the business to attract and source the best candidates to work within our growing company.
The Role
- To actively recruit high quality ‘best fit’ candidates for vacancies using internal and external methods
- Partner hiring managers in talent acquisition practices, selection processes and interviewing techniques
- Provide specialist coaching and advice to line management on acquisition and selection
- Manage the administration required for compliance and strong record keeping
- Build credible, trusting relationships with hiring managers and the HR team in each business unit
Your Experience
- Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Consultants, preferable in the financial service industry
- Strong interpersonal skills to drive strong partnerships with Hiring managers
- Ability to pro-actively source candidates using a variety of creative methods.
- Experience of managing multiple priorities while remaining focused on operational excellence
- A passion for provide a great Candidate experience, whilst guiding them through the selection process
