Position : Quality Engineer

DESCRIPTION

Dynamic growth-oriented International Company has immediate

need for a Quality Control Engineer in their Alabama Manufacturing

facility. This is about Coordinating with engineering., purchasing., &

project leader groups for solving quality issues & launch/engineering.

DUTIES;

1. Address OEM quality concerns
2. Address Nonconforming parts from OEM
3. Maintain customer/supplier complaint database
4. Perform module inspections
5. Perform OEM process audits
6. Perform/order periodic tests on modules
7. Address customer complaints
8. Issue and maintain EC orders (including parts delivered to line)
9. Create/maintain module part documentation and approval
10. Write procedures for identifying NC parts
11. Document and maintain Claims/100 list
12. Form customer audit teams
13. Document Initial Quality Score (IQS) and improvement processes
14. Analysis and improvement actions on Customer claims (and challenges)
15. Address Supplier claims
16. Organize quality improvement meeting and arrange for Supplier attendance
17. Analyze quality results weekly/monthly
18. Maintain plant quality manual
19. Document coordinator (ISO/TS)

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 1-3

years of relevant experience in Manufacturing; ideally from Plastics

related parts in Automotive. The company offers a strong
