Zscaler Hiring for Talent Coordinator, EMEA Job at Reading, England Full Time

Our EMEA Talent Coordination team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Talent Coordinator to join us.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews for the EMEA Talent Team.
• Assist candidates with travel arrangements, when required.
• Update and maintain candidates and requisition data in our ATS system.
• Create and manage team Purchase Orders.
• Liaise with recruitment agencies, when required.
• Assist with Employee Referrals Program.
• Assist with EMEA Talent reporting.
• Project based work, ad hoc assignments as needed/assigned.

Key skills and requirements

• Experience in recruitment interview scheduling and coordination.
• Ability to organise, prioritise and work independently.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisation skills, with strong attention to detail

This role will be working from home but will require occasional travel to the Reading/London offices in the future for team meetings.
