Job Description
An opportunity to use your experience of influencing leadership alongside your deep expertise, relationship-building abilities, and passion to create programs that contribute to growth at scale.Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards, the Compensation Analyst you’ll develop and implement compensation programs that enable delivery of our growth goals.
You’ll provide guidance to stakeholders across our business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation topics; including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base, bonus, equity, and incentive compensation.
Responsibilities:
Partner with business leaders and People Team stakeholders to develop and implement compensation strategies and activities that attract, reward and retain key talent
Ensure that compensation programming is designed for scale, while retaining flexibility for customisation
Support global job evaluation, job classification/reclassification, salary structures, benefit plans and retirement program benchmarking
Provide thought leadership, and consultation to senior leaders on the deployment of total rewards methodologies and philosophy
Operate world-class reporting and analytics in service of business results
Build and maintain operational and process excellence mechanisms
Qualifications
Ideally, You’ll Have:
Experience with EMEA wide compensation programs with emphasis on both broad-based and incentive compensation
Deep compensation knowledge including compensation theory, application, and compliance with state and federal laws that apply to compensation plans, policies, and programs
Experience with, and exposure to, a distributed workforce and high-impact HR and Total Rewards functions within world-class scaling organisation(s)
Demonstrated experience performing complex reporting and analysis. Strong analytical, mathematical, statistical, and conceptual skills; Excel expertise is required
