Alexander’s Print Advantage is seeking a smart, positive, friendly, high-energy individual to serve our customers. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers and connecting with key decision makers. You will take ownership of all projects assigned to you and liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely, successful delivery of our products.

Requirements

• Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Develop a trusted adviser relationship with key customer stakeholders
• Complex estimating, work order creation and invoicing
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions
• Communicate clearly all project details for accurate production and product output
• Collaborate with Sales Team to identify and grow opportunities
• Process rush requests and issue escalation
• Strong problem solving skills and personal accountability
• Bi-lingual preferrably
