Zoopla Hiring for Help and Education Content Specialist Job at Frome, England Full Time

The purpose of our Customer Success team is to ensure our customers realise more value from their Zoopla membership. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of educational content for our customer base of real estate agents and property managers across the UK and Europe, as well as property seekers using our portals and apps.
Using a variety of tools and platforms to continually enhance our content and its placement across the Zoopla journey, you are responsible for ensuring our customers are able to self serve answers to both technical and best practice questions, ultimately helping them to discover more about our products to get more value, whilst also reducing the demand on our support teams.
Requirements

• Develop and implement education content strategy which supports customer self-service
• Deliver L&D solutions to support the organisational change and development outlined in the overall L&D strategy using a blend of methodologies.
• To gain an understanding of ZPG’s Software L&D strategy and to assist in the delivery of these activities.
• Across the business to promote, develop and evaluate the impact of technology enhanced learning.
• Contribute specialist skills and knowledge to technology-enhanced learning projects, to meet L&D objectives .
• Delivery of online webinars, training, help centre content and video tutorials.
• To keep up to date with current thinking on e-learning practice and methods.

Essential skills

• Have an understanding of e-Learning.
• Experience & Knowledge of training or developing others.
• Experience of having been an online learner or having supported online learners.
• Experience in video editing and screen recording.
• Experience of Learning Management Systems
• Basic HTML skills.
• Computer literate with good Microsoft Office and corresponding G-Suite skills.
• Ability to quickly assimilate information on, and learn how to use, new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.
• A self-starter committed to own personal development.
• Working as part of a team with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to persuade colleagues to use new technology.
