Zoopla Hiring for Education Content Specialist Job at Remote Full Time

The purpose of our Customer Education team is to ensure our customers are using their Zoopla products correctly and optimally. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of educational content for our customer base of real estate agents and property managers across the UK and Europe, as well as property seekers using our portals and apps.
Using a variety of tools and platforms to continually enhance our content and its placement across the Zoopla journey, you are responsible for ensuring our customers are able to self serve answers to both technical and best practice questions, ultimately helping them to discover more about our products to get more value, whilst also reducing the demand on our support teams.
Key responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of the Customer Education strategy and assist in the delivery of its supporting activities.
• Write and produce video, webinar, eLearning, and help centre content for Zoopla products, for a range of audiences.
• Build a working level of knowledge of Zoopla products, to reduce immediate burden on subject matter experts.
• Work with internal subject matter experts to understand the detailed value and nuances of our products, and determine how best to deliver this knowledge to our customers.
• Be an internal advocate of Customer Education within the business, building relationships with the product & technology and product marketing teams, to keep abreast of imminent product releases.
• Keep up to date with current thinking on eLearning practice and methods.

Requirements
Essential skills

• Have an understanding of e-Learning.
• Experience & Knowledge of training or developing others.
• Experience of having been an online learner or having supported online learners.
• Experience in video editing and screen recording.
• Experience of Learning Management Systems
• Basic HTML skills.
• Computer literate with good G-Suite skills.
• Ability to quickly assimilate information on, and learn how to use, new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal skills, approachable and flexible.
• A self-starter committed to own personal development.
• Working as part of a team with a proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including ability to persuade colleagues to use new technology.
