The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to join the Talent Acquisition team to help build, develop and execute the Talent and Employee Experience strategy. The role will include a range of exciting projects including delivering the organisational Talent and Employee Experience strategy whilst keeping the focus on the continuous improvement of the function, processes, and technologies throughout the Company. As our in-house TA Lead you’ll be directly responsible for finding the right people to fuel our growth!

In this role, you can expect to –

• Work closely with all hiring managers to drive timely and high-quality hiring across all departments of the company
• Coach hiring managers on best practise and provide market insights
• Refine our talent hiring process to ensure a smooth experience for talent and managers
• Help with defining roles, including putting together clear and effective job descriptions, together with hiring managers
• Manage the end to end recruitment function across all divisions (corporate and high-volume workshop roles) this includes but is not limited to:
  • Ensure detailed job briefs are constructed for each role
  • Creation of job ads and marketing campaigns that are aligned with the Zoomo brand
  • Effective sourcing, shortlisting and interviewing
  • Facilitating the decision-making process and managing offers
  • Ensuring feedback loop is respectful and timely with the applicant pool
• Ensure smooth on-boarding of new hires and transition to HR/Hiring Manager
• Develop and implement Zoomo’s strategy for talent acquisition across multiple job types, retail/management/technical.
• Represent Zoomo at virtual and physical recruitment events

Be an integral part of the team by taking part, leading, and/or assisting with cultural initiatives and adhoc inquiries and duties.

Requirements

• Over 4 years experience taking responsibility for 360 degree recruitment, across multiple markets, for a range of positions ranging from tech to corporate to workshop based roles
• Demonstrated experience in a high volume recruitment space
• Understanding of the job market to achieve targeted cost per hire and time to hire
• Understanding of employment legislation, in relation to Talent Acquisition, for all markets.
• Demonstrate innovative sourcing techniques and the ability to connect with candidates on all verticals
• Demonstrated success with meeting diversity targets and innovative attraction strategies for diverse teams
• Sound understanding of ATS (eg Workable) and HRIS (eg Sapling).
• Experience of identifying, implementing and leading new technologies to enhance Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Management
• Experience with building the organisation’s Employee Value Proposition, People award submissions, etc will be a distinct advantage
• Ensure that Zoomo’s talent pipeline is diverse and the recruitment process is inclusive and free from bias
• Track the success of hiring campaigns, using data to continuously improve the hiring process
• A mix of inhouse and agency recruitment experience
• It would be great if you are a whizz in G Suite products too.
