Job Description:

Build scalable distributed web applications; make architectural trade-offs applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns; deliver with speediness and quality; use test driven development to write well tested code. Design and implement modules to extend our app infrastructure and expand the Zoom Platform ecosystem. Work with cross-functional teams to translate high-level roadmap vision into feasible feature specifications and deliverables; design and deliver customer facing features including proof-of-concept prototypes; build complex metrics solutions with data visualization support for actionable business insights; triage critical customer issues and provide technical guidance for customer engagement.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent. Must have 2 years of experience in job offered or related occupation. Must have 2 years of experience programming in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC; JavaScript (ES6), CSS, and HTML; relational and NoSQL databases (Redis, Amazon DynamoDB, MongoDB); algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization techniques; developing RESTful APIs; React.js and its core principles; designing and architecting scalable and highly performant full-stack applications; and Distributed system architecture design experience with high traffic, high concurrency system development. Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
