About You

You are an experienced end-to-end recruitment consultant with a passion for building and maintaining proactive, service-driven professional relationships. You have a strong background in agency-based recruitment, and you thrive on delivering results for clients and candidates alike. You are process-oriented, with a keen attention to detail, and you are dedicated to delivering a great client and candidate experience.

About The Position

As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities primarily with new clients as well as working with some established clients, sourcing quality candidates to fill permanent vacancies and maintaining excellent relationships with your clients and candidates.

We have Three Branches in Sydney situated in Eastern Creek, Northern Beaches and Mascot.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Extensive recruitment agency-based experience as a Permanent Recruitment Consultant with a track record of meeting KPI’s based on revenue, compliance, communication, and teamwork.
• Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to organically grow accounts with a focus on repeat business and client retention.
• Excellent consulting skills, with the ability to take a comprehensive job brief and match suitable candidates that align specifically to the culture of our client’s business.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to a broad range of people.
• Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your work in progress.
• Sound computer skills, including experience with ATS or databases, and the ability to learn new technology and adhere to compliance.
• Experience in candidate search functions using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent, and other social media channels.
