Zoom Optical Hiring for Retail Sales Associate at Toronto, ON Full Time

Zoom Optical is in seek of Part time Retail Sales Associate for the Holiday Season. It is high end eyewear boutique with exceptional frame and sunglasses collections. We offer comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fitting and specialty vision solutions.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creates a welcoming environment to all clients by ensuring the Zoom Optical customer service culture is executed.
• Answers phone calls in a professional manner.
• Schedules and coordinates appointments.
• Assists patients with the initial paperwork.
• Answers customers’ queries. To ensure good quality customer service, you are required to assist customers on the shop floor.
• Processes insurance payments.
• Use computer software to support all transactions.
• Receives new stock, maintain all visual merchandising standards and all general housekeeping duties.
• Assists in the needs of a small office setting which can include but not be limited to, couriers, mail support, office suppliers etc.
• Other administrative duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and customer service skills.
• Pleasant and personable.
• Punctual.
• Demonstrated initiative, accuracy and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS word, MS excel, MS power point.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A post-secondary diploma or degree.
• Previous experience as an Optical assistant is considered an asset.
• Relevant administrative experience working in a retail setting environment is considered an asset (Luxury retail experience preferred.)
• Must be able to work between two locations
• Able to lift or carry heavy product or large amounts of inventory

Part-time hours: 30 per week

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Salary: Up to $19.00 per hour
