As a Software Engineering Manager, you will manage a team of Software Engineers.

About the Team

Zoom Docs, expands platform for next-generation flexible collaboration. Collaborate with product management, and design teams to introduce new functionalities for Zoom Docs.

This role demands a strategic thinker who can also be hands-on, leading and nurturing the team while ensuring flawless execution.

Responsibilities

Leading the team in planning, scoping objectives, laying out execution plan and delivering results swiftly without compromising quality.

Providing hands-on technical leadership to the software engineering teams on architecture, design, development and live-site.

Partnering with Product Management and stakeholders to meet immediate and longer-term objectives.

Building highly productive engineering team by hiring and retaining top talent.

Coaching team members, creating opportunities tailored to their career aspirations.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience managing globally dispersed teams.

Have robust hands-on experience in engineering domains such as front-end, back-end, or mobile technologies.

Experience working in a fast paced SaaS or technology company

Have a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

Have excellent technical skills and communication skills, able to share knowledge with all levels of customers

Salary Range or On Target Earnings :

Minimum : $184,

$184,

Maximum : $323,
