Overview*
As part of our growing team, you will use your cross-border expertise to support a fast-growing and complex technology company. As a subject matter expert, you will support customer success, sales, partnerships, marketing, and product.

What you will do…*

• Assure that the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of all educational programs presented are aligned with the requirements of the Zonos curriculum and program
• Develop, prepare, organize and evaluate curricula for Zonos educational programs ensuring appropriate standards and mission are met
• Teach (or schedule others to teach) all on site educational programs as well as all on site teacher training/professional development
• In coordination with the Director of Education, care for – or appropriately delegate the care for – all Zonos Education and Development resources
• Support individual Zonos departments and department heads to ensure that training and development curricula are taught according to the departmental requirements
• Provide Zonos staff with annual training to review updates and changes in education programs
• Assist in the development of monthly and annual education and global trade strategy reports
• Act as Zonos Teacher and Educator
• Train and educate other team members on cross-border in a way that’s easy to understand
• Assist the Product team in improving existing Zonos products and creating new, innovative solutions for customers and partners
• Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure an accurate representation of our products and solutions
• Coordinate with Marketing to provide webinars for customers and partners
• Coordinate with Marketing to create internal and external industry documentation
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
