Requirements

• Proven experience as a Release Manager or similar role in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software release processes and best practices.
• Experience in managing complex release schedules and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and motivate team members.
• Experience with release management tools and software, such as Jira, Git, or Jenkins.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Knowledge of Agile and DevOps principles and methodologies.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure.
• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
