Zone IT Solutions Hiring for Business Analyst at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Full Time

We are looking for a Business Analyst. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance business processes and systems.

Requirements

• Analyzing the business requirements and processes of clients through document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis.
• Participating in the analysis process, including effort estimation and scheduling.
• Engaging with various teams to conduct comprehensive testing, including functional, regression, user acceptance, integration, and performance testing, to validate the business requirements.
• Writing, maintaining, and updating user stories, as well as technical documentation and specifications.
• Collaborating with key domain and technical experts to assess external vendor product offerings.
• Assisting Business Process Leaders in developing business cases to support the implementation of new products or features.
• Developing and delivering functional requirements, high-level designs, and low-level designs based on the requirements.
• Creating SQL scripts to provide data extracts and s that meet the client’s requirements.
• Developing data transformation rules as needed for integration purposes.
• Identifying existing system limitations and proposing improved workflow processes and designs.
• Having at least 3+ years of experience in Rail Freight Management Domain is desirable.
• Proficient in both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.
