The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for recruiting, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and the ability to tackle ambiguity who takes the work serious but not themselves.

We are looking for a process oriented, data driven Talent Acquisition leader that loves to dive deep to fix complex operational challenges allowing for greater scalability and global impact . This Director Talent Acquisition will partner closely with senior leaders in all departments and functions of the business, shape the talent strategy, provide guidance on addressable talent pools and market conditions, create customized sourcing strategies, build pipelines, and lead the recruiters who deliver top candidates for complex roles.

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting experience – including technical and executive level
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years leading or managing a team
• Experience building and coaching a recruiting team
• Experience working with tools of the trade, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets
• Experience building and executing recruiting strategy Have excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills. Continuously innovate, improve processes and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior technical recruiting management experience
• Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI Excellent written and verbal communication skills
