Zoi and Mind Clinics is hiring ABA Therapist-Behavior Interventionists committed to providing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to individuals with developmental disabilities, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder. Services will be provided in the client’s home and in the community.

As a Behavior Interventionist, you will be working with a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA helping a child or a teens change behaviors and learn new skills. You will be trained and will be provided with specific goals to work with the student/client.

• Pay range: is based on degrees, certificates, experience, and languages spoken
• Job Location: Client’s home (Lancaster, CA)
• Schedule: 3pm – 8pm

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide 1:1 ABA services
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans provided by Case Supervisor/BCBA
• Collect data and write session notes

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have negative TB test

• Clear criminal background
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
• Available Monday – Friday, in the afternoons
• 1 year of experience providing care to individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred) and/or working with children
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Basic knowledge of internet and technology (smart phone, tablet)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00 per hour
